Garden Hedgehogs
Lots of snuffling noises in the garden tonight courtesy of these two hedgehogs:
Hog 1, in that part of the garden where you hide your spare pots, etc., :o)
Hog 2, under Birdboy's garden bench

Although we don't have a dog, we do have dog food in the cupboard for such an eventuality! Hedgehogs were duly fed, watered and left alone.
We are going to a garden centre tomorrow after Birdman finishes work so I'll have a look for the hedgehog houses they had last time we were there.

Hey - How lucky for you! Two Mrs Tiggywinkles! What did Bird Boy make of them? Was he asleep at that time? I just love them. I wish we could leave food out for them like we used to, but now the dog will vacuum up any food left out.
Birdboy was in bed but he's seen them before.
I did promise (read: lie to) him that I'd wake him up if they came back tonight :o)
Hedgehog houses at the graden centre were crap (and at £35 I want something decent!) but we've found a hedgehog rescue place that builds them to order for a tenner less.
What lovely looking hogs! You can build them fairly cheaply too. One of those boxes you can get from DIY shops
Yeah, I saw Jan's at

My woodworking skills are lacking, and I cant be arsed either, so I thought I'd just buy one. Easier and quicker :o) Money went to a good cause though. The person building it is moding it for Scottish weather too, apparently LOL
hogs are fantastic animals,i just wish some humans would treat them with more respect
