The temperature was -5°C at 8am and stayed at around -3°C for most of the day.

We've had a record 11 Blackbirds in the garden today. It took me ages to count them as they darted in and out of the shrub borders, but eventually all eleven were visible at the same time.

Robin

Chaffinch

Jackdaw

Carrion Crow

Black-headed Gull

There were 9 of them at one point

And we had a very brief visit from a male Yellowhammer

Hi Emma.

Glad you've started updating frequently again. I'd just like to say that you're photos are absolutely brilliant. Looking forward to the nest cam in action again next year

Alan.

Funny, my photos today were of Black Headed Gulls too - but then I was at the seaside. ;o)
