Soggy Sparrowhawk

Found this chap drying out on top of the bird table this morning - another very dull, rainy day.

I've used the wrong cropping tool on some of them but I can't be bothered doing them again!

Beautiful pictures! Amazing how his eyes change, from "I'm cold and feel miserable" to "Dare make my day"...

awww bless, the first time I've actually felt pity for a sparrowhawk! Well, apart from the one I rescued who got caught in the hollybush here.

We had a soggy sparrow hawk in our garden two years ago. I found it on the ground next to the house. It was still alive and very very thin. It died as I was trying to get it warm and dry. Your poor wet bird reminds me of ours.
